Home Made Dehydrated Okra

If you miss eating that fried okra like I do. This is a simple recipe to get the same taste that’s much healthier. Take a 1/2 lb of okra and cut it all up into small pieces. Season to your liking. I add about a half teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. 1 table spoon of Church Seasoning. A half teaspoon of of organic lemon juice. A table spoon of olive oil. Massage all of this together for about 5 minutes to make sure the seasoning is all the way through. Then put on your dehydrator over night about 8 hours on 120 and then enjoy.
